As a software consultant, I work with a lot of different providers of software and services. Some good, some not so good. And then there is Clio—head and shoulders above the rest. I am now in my 7th year working with Clio and once again participating in their Certified Consultant Gold Program. Why do they bother with a consultant program? Because they actually care about the customer experience. Why do I participate? For the same reason. Oh, and of course because they sent me some swag and a great letter from Jack and Rian, the co-founders.
